The moments that you are purposely mindful of are the moments that time stands still.
Mindfulness is more than self care. Mindfulness is also a way to stop time during those precious special moments- when one focus fully on the moment, being in tune on what is happening, what is being said, what is being felt, imprinting all these into long term memory by purposely repeating, rehearsing and remembering- much similar process as learning spelling in school. One day, look back and savor these moments and realize that these are the moments that have not been wasted.
Of course, snapping a photo as visual reminder will be a bonus too, though, again, where else has better storage than the brain itself?
