Fortitudo
"Fortitudo" is Latin for fortitude and means "the strength of mind that enables a person to encounter danger or bear pain or adversity with courage".
This quality is commonly called ‘resilience’ or ‘grit’ which research had shown to be one of the best indicators of success in childhood, adulthood1 and has strong correlation to successful aging2.
Living in this fast paced rapidly changing world has made it impossible to be successful with just IQ, experience or education. With fortitude, a person will thrive in challenging situations, turn potential adversities into opportunities and emerge a better person.
Scientists used to believe that resilience was in-born but current research advocates that our brain is fluid and can be molded regardless of age. Therefore, new skills can be learnt and personalities can be changed for the better.
It is both an art and a science to facilitate these positive changes in a person and making it last. The mode of training and the facilitation of the trainers can make all the difference between a skill internalized and a skill not mastered. This is why you need only the best training center that has the most qualified trainers.
