Physical wellness is important in success. Being physically well enable us to enjoy life and do the things that are important to us.
However, having a physical condition, such as pain can impact in our daily functioning and happiness level.
The workshop aims to hand-hold participants to find balance, facilitate positive changes and increase motivation to establish desired lifestyles for better mental resilience, wellness and physical well-being.
Include posture and stretching exercises.
These workshops consist of 6 weekly 1.5-hour sessions (choose between Mondays and Saturdays).
As these are small CLOSED groups, we do NOT encourage cross-over of days (between Mondays and Saturdays) unless prior discussion with your trainer.
Small CLOSED groups have proven to be more effective for discussions.
